Mission Statement The CLAMS OER & Copyright Task Force seeks to lower the cost of student textbooks and promote the use of “Open Educational Resources” in Washington State CTCs by providing resources and guidelines to assist librarians in working with faculty and students on these complex rights management issues within their institutions.
